These terms are part of each MicroForensics Engagement Letter that names them by date. A letter names one version of each. Every version stays published here for as long as an agreement that names it runs, and each version has a PDF.
Where a published term and a signed letter disagree, the signed letter prevails. A later version binds a client only as the agreement provides.
