These are the terms for the text messages Floburn Inc. sends for its MicroForensics service. They say who gets the texts, what they are for, and how to stop them.

SMS Terms
Floburn MicroForensics sign-off texts.
Floburn Inc. sends these texts itself, for itself. They are sample texts that show a client what MicroForensics does, at a demonstration or while we set up and test MicroForensics with that client. A sample asks for a sign-off: a worker’s own dated word on their time records, such as their hours and their meal and rest breaks.
They go only to the person who signs our offer letter or our engagement letter and chooses OK, and to the people that person lists on that letter.
We never send advertising or marketing by text.
You get texts only after you agree to them.
When you sign our offer letter or our engagement letter, you choose OK or No for sample texts. Nothing is chosen for you. If you choose OK, you give your mobile number there. You may also list up to 10 other people by name and mobile number. By listing someone, you confirm that person agreed to get these texts at that number. Everyone listed can reply STOP at any time.
The words you agree to. “I agree to get Floburn MicroForensics sign-off texts at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Terms: floburn.com/text-messages. Privacy: floburn.com/privacy.”
See a sample of the consent section of our offer letter. It is blank, as a client sees it before signing. Our engagement letter has the same section, with the same words. Both letters are usually signed electronically through DocuSign.
Message frequency varies.
Each demonstration sends a few texts, on or near the day of the demonstration. While we set up and test MicroForensics with a client, each test sends a few texts.

Reply STOP to any text and you will get no more texts from this program. We send one last text to confirm. To start again, reply START.

Your number is never sold or shared for marketing.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the texts. How we handle your number and the texts is in our privacy policy.
