Already holding a lawyer’s letter demanding records, or a PAGA notice (the letter that starts a penalty claim)? Call your lawyer first, then book with us, and bring them to the call if you like.

What happens on the call

  1. 01

    You talk, we listen

What you run, what is prompting the call, and what you have already tried.

  2. 02

We tell you what we think

If you employ hourly workers in California: whether the records diagnostic is worth doing, whether to run it directly with Floburn or through your lawyer, and what it costs. If you want custom software scoped: whether the build diagnostic fits. Either way, we say so when the answer is no.

  3. 03

    You decide, later

Nothing is signed on the call. You get the summary in writing, and you take as long as you want with it.

For a California employer

The free call is session one of the records diagnostic, the screening pass: one question per exposure area, no records needed. If it is worth going further, the paid part follows: a working session, half a day or a full day, with your records open, and a written report within fourteen calendar days of it. The fee is fixed and quoted on the call.

Before the call

Nothing to prepare. Reading optional.

You do not need to assemble anything before we talk. If you would rather arrive with context, these cover what MicroForensics does and how each engagement runs.
